The 10 Best Day Spas in Philadelphia (2026)
This list ranks Philadelphia’s top day spas using Google review data and a Bayesian score (the average rating weighted by review volume), updated for 2026. We prioritized establishments with high ratings and substantial review counts so the picks reflect both quality and consistent customer feedback. Philadelphia’s wellness scene spans center-city studios, neighborhood spas, and nearby suburban options, so whether you’re hunting a quick treatment or a longer session, these entries give a snapshot of highly rated local choices based on public reviews rather than advertising.
This ranking is computed from Google reviews (our method). Listings marked Partner are paid advertising spots: they sit alongside the ranking without changing its order.

Frequently asked questions
How should I choose a day spa in Philadelphia?
Look for places that offer the specific treatment you want, read recent customer reviews for consistency, and check the business’s Google rating and number of reviews. Consider location, parking or transit access, and whether the spa posts a clear service menu and cancellation policy online.
What should I check before booking a treatment?
Confirm the spa’s licensing or certifications for regulated treatments, inspect recent photos and reviews for cleanliness and professionalism, and ask about what’s included in the appointment. It’s also wise to verify appointment length, arrival time, and any pre-visit instructions.
How much do day spa services typically cost?
Prices vary widely depending on the service, duration, and the spa’s positioning; urban or specialty treatments generally cost more than basic services. Check a spa’s online menu or call for a current price list and ask whether gratuity or taxes are included.
How was this ranking compiled?
This list is based solely on Google review data, using a Bayesian-style score that weights the average rating by the number of reviews to balance high scores against review volume. The collection and calculation were updated in 2026 and do not incorporate paid placements or editorial visits.
